The year 2025 is a breakthrough year for the Rubicon Festival. Due to the growing interest and desire to bring our festival closer to a wider audience, we decided to move the festival from Nitra to Bratislava.

We know that this change may come as a surprise to some of you, so we would like to explain why we made this decision and what it means for our visitors.

Why are we moving the festival to Bratislava?

Nitra was a beautiful and special place for us where Rubicon grew up, but with the growing popularity of the festival, we faced challenges that cannot be ignored. The city's infrastructure, while great, simply can't cope with hosting so many fans who need not only access to the festival, but also sufficient accommodation and transport links. Bratislava, with better accessibility from all over Slovakia and abroad, offers all the necessary prerequisites for the festival to take place at the highest level, with more capacity and better comfort for all of you.

What will the new place bring?

• Better accessibility: Bratislava is a place that is more easily accessible for visitors not only from Slovakia but also from abroad. Thanks to its excellent transport links and the international airport, the festival will be easily accessible to everyone.

• More space for fans: we will be able to welcome even more visitors at the new venue and expand the capacity of the festival. We expect that this facility will allow for a better experience and comfort for all attendees.

• ‍Highercomfort: with the new location comes new accommodation options, better infrastructure for visitors, and wider dining and entertainment options.

What does this mean for you, our loyal fans?

We understand that for many of you the change of venue may be disappointing, especially if you were looking forward to the festival in Nitra. We want to assure you that the tickets you have purchased remain valid. What's more, as a token of our gratitude for your loyalty, we will maintain the lowest ticket price you paid, despite the changed circumstances. This means that if you bought your ticket at the original price, you won't pay a penny extra!

Can I return my tickets if the new venue does not suit me?

Of course, we understand that a change of location can be difficult for some. If the new date or location doesn't suit you, we offer the option to return your tickets within 7 days for a full refund.

The procedure for returning tickets is simple. Contact Ticketportal.sk customer support via email at reklamacie@ticketportal.sk and attach your tickets in PDF format, along with the account number to which you will be refunded.
